Clinical Review

Developmental and clinical history reviewed
Preparation for ADOS-2 (Autism) and ADI-R (Autism)assessment tools (where appropriate)
If Autism pathway:
Parent questionnaires reviewed

Consultant Assessment
Assessment may include:
DSM-5 assessment (ADHD)
Conners questionnaires (ADHD)
ADOS-2 (Autism)
ADI-R (Autism)
Clinical interview with parent and child
Developmental history review
QbTest/QbCheck where clinically indicated
Following assessment, families receive:
Clear diagnostic feedback (where criteria are met)
A written clinical report

School and teacher input
Not every child needs medication, and it is never the only option. Where ongoing clinical care is needed, it is provided directly by Dr Bond with thorough safety monitoring throughout. Support typically also includes school recommendations, behavioural strategies, and parenting guidance. Consultant follow-up appointments are €100. Once stable and where appropriate, ongoing GP review appointments are €70.
