We are the data controller for the personal information collected through our adult ADHD and autism assessment service, which means we decide how and why your information is used.

When You Book and Attend an Assessment

  • Appointment information including assessment type, appointment dates, and insurer details where relevant (VHI, Laya, Irish Life).
  • Health information (special category data), including:
    • Medical history
    • Symptoms and their impact
    • Blood pressure, weight and ECG checks where required
    • Relevant blood test results
    • Assessment questionnaires such as ASRS, DIVA-5, AQ-50, GAD-7 and PHQ-9
    • Clinical assessment findings
    • Diagnosis and management plan
  • Payment information. Card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by us.

When You Use Our Landing Page

Retention Periods

  • Enquiry records: 12 months after last contact.
